Pay for the follow-up, not for the recording
Every plan records, transcribes and summarises. What you pay for is the layer above that: shared history, agents that draft the work, and the controls a team needs before it puts a bot in a client call.
Team is €15 per user each month on an annual plan, or €19 month to month. That sits at the bottom of the going rate for a business tier in this category, and it includes the agent layer the notetakers do not ship.

Can I change plan later?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period, and your meeting history stays readable for 30 days after that.
What counts towards the ten hours on Free?
Recorded audio, to the nearest minute. A 25-minute call costs 25 minutes. A meeting the notetaker joined where nobody turned up costs nothing.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is a plan with a cap rather than a countdown. Ten hours a month covers most people who take four or five calls a week.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Signup has no card field at all. You add one when you upgrade, and not before.
What happens when I reach the cap?
Nothing is deleted and recording keeps working. You hear from us in the app before you reach it rather than after, so upgrading stays your decision.
