About

We got tired of writing the same follow-up email

NeurTask started inside Gaddr, where the meetings were the easy part and the twenty minutes afterwards were not. The notetakers we tried all stopped at the same place: a good summary and a list of things somebody still had to do.

We answer our own email, and we are interested in the meetings you would not let a bot into.

Four things we decided early

So the product is built the other way round. Capture is the price of entry. Half the category runs on the same speech engine, and arguing about a percentage point of word accuracy is not a product strategy. The interesting part starts when the call ends and a commitment needs an owner, a date and a first draft.

We are a small team in Stockholm. That shows up in the product: we say what is not built rather than implying it is coming, and the roadmap on this site is the same one we work from.

  1. The bot is always visible

No silent capture, no configurable stealth mode, no exception for the enterprise plan. If someone is in the room, they can see it.

  2. The meeting is an input

A summary that nobody acts on is a transcript with better formatting. What the system does with the commitment is the product.

  3. Say what is not built

Every status label on this site is real, including the awkward ones. A buyer who finds a gap after signing trusts nothing else you told them.

  4. Your data comes with you

Transcripts, summaries and recordings export. Self-hosting exists for teams whose audio cannot leave their network.
